Hey All Thanks In Advance For Who Helps.

I Downloaded Or Tried To Download A Serial For A Program So I Could Get It Free (Didnt scan it dumb on my part) But im assuming it was a virus cause i rebooted and now my windows boots up but it only shows my background pic on the pc. i can access firefox with my task manager and i downloaded a txt file to open my notepad and it worked fine just cant see anything. is there maybe a cmd for cmd promt to show System Restore ? My os is Xp sp2
