I visit Gizmo's website many times a week, including the forum, because I have always found it to be a very useful point of reference plus, of course, the top class freeware that's reviewed and available to download via the links provided. I used to get Gizmo's freeware newsletter emailed, back in the day, always looked forward to receiving it, and always valued his opinion.. nothing has changed in that respect, other than not getting the email anymore. I always had this idea, an image in my mind, of this guy working from a room in his home, collating all this information and then dispatching it to his subscribers via email.. and the newsletter always seemed to have a personal touch to it. Then came this website, the newsletter changed and I stopped subscribing to it, no reason inparticular, it just wasn't for me. I bookmarked this website and I've continued to visit, and make very good use of it ever since. And even though Gizmo himself is not as prominent on it as he was at one time he has put together a knowledgeable group of helpers, and to me that has enhanced the reputation of the website.

This part especially echo's my thoughts exactly.
