Well, everything woz alright
My media stuff, films, videos etc no problem, sound fantastic with Pulse, but still having issues with this stupid broadband modem. It was fine while he was here but then the on screen connection messages started cycling thru one after the other (yes you're connected - no you're not) Then I had a "Modem Manager" crash error. I'm about to hit their forum to see if anyone else is getting this. Otherwise no problem
Guess he'll be coming back next Saturday and it might be a case of hello Vista again during the week
