Had an very pleasant experience with Bullguard support via chat last night. I had the same issue with it only showing a 60 day trial. Mind you, this was midnight my time; I had my doubts if anyone would be available for a live chat at that hour. Lo and behold, I only had to wait a couple minutes and there was someone there.
I explained my situation. He said to hold on for a minute. I did. He came back, said he had extended my license, provided me a link to a specific document on their website and I followed the very simple directions. All of a sudden, I now have 369 days left on my Bullguard license.
What more can you ask for?! I am very impressed. Now, I have this installed on a test machine and will be testing it out. But, with customer support like this, I am certainly much more inclined to try it out on my normal machine. Great customer service!
