For MemTest86+, download the gz (or zip) file, extract the iso and burn it into a blank cd (http://www.techsupportalert.com/best...g-software.htm). Then boot from it (select your cd drive with disc inside as the first boot item in BIOS).
The rest should be fairly straightforward.
