You need to google for something like: 'web hosting dubai' etc, to locate a service in the country of your choice.

Here are some of the things you should look for:

> You should never have the webhost hold your domains. Always use a separate, top-quality domain registrar with a spotless reputation and excellent facilities like Namecheap.com. This is more important than you can imagine

> Any good web hosting package comes with a minimum of 25 email accounts allowed

> Always have your site hosted where the largest customer base is. Therefore if you are in Australia then try to get the site hosted there. For a site serving all Middle East countries then it is not so critical, but it's still best to try and get the site hosted in Egypt if most customers are in Egypt for example

> Make sure to get standard web hosting: Linux / Apache (not Windows hosting)

> You need 3 or more databases for a business account (one for your main webapp, one for web analytics, one for other things)

> You can start with 200MB webspace, but 500MB is better

> You'll need about 3 to 5GB traffic bandwidth to start with. It works out to about 1GB per 100 visitors per day, very roughly, for an average site

> Choose your main webapp very carefully. You should use a CMS or ecommerce application that has a very good reputation. If you make the wrong choice it will cost you

> My personal advice (which many will argue against of course) is that a business should not use the old HTML web page method to run a website, unless it is very small indeed and will always remain very small

> Never under any circumstances use a Flash website for any business or commercial purpose, they are a disaster commercially as search engines ignore them

Why not find a couple of possible web hosts, then post them here and I'll look at them for you if I'm around. I don't personally recommend commercial web hosts as there are many pitfalls, so you will need to select one and I can tell you the pros and cons. But please note my advice about domain registrars - there are good ones and bad ones. Even the largest names have been found guilty of unethical practices. And never let your web host hold your domain.
