One article I found which explains exactly what the EISA Configuration partition is -
here. Unless you are confident and fully backed up, I would not be tempted to try to remove it though.
The C: partition is where your operating system and personal data are stored - you could investigate what files are taking up the largest amounts of space here by using one of the disk space analysers mentioned earlier.
I'm not sure why you have a third partition labelled F: which has a zero capacity?
