Try NotMyIP. I don't have any experience with it though, doesn't install properly in my Windows 7 x64 RTM.

If that doesn't work, use HotSpot Shield, there's bandwidth limit though. This may help: http://www.ghacks.net/2008/06/05/fix...otspot-shield/
