I am somewhat familiar with this as proxies are commonly used to access blocked sites in bittorrent.

You most likely will be able to find a proxy to get through to the site. However, those sites that restrict access to certain countries are very quick to find out what proxies are being used and block the IP of the proxy.

So it is a constantly changing situation as new proxies come up to replace blocked ones and many proxy sites cease to exist after a short period.

If you search for "proxy sites by country", you will be able to find quite a few sites that list available free proxies and there are quite a few in the US as people around the world want to access those entertainment sites.

You could also search the name of the site you want to access and the word "proxy" as this lead you to a proxy that has worked for other users of that site.

I am not certain about anonymous, but I would not be surprised to find that those alternatives would be blocked.
