For someone who usually has plenty to say I don't know anything about this either. Maybe the software used by these networks
has to verify your IP location in which case nothing will work. If this isn't the case then if you try one of the programs listed here and it connects you now, then in theory it should also connect you from overseas too.

There's also the complicated option of accessing your own PC remotely from abroad but I couldn't advise you how to set this up either. There are others who will be online later who might have some better ideas for you.
