I have absolutely no knowledge of this, but a quick Google search brought up proxy.org. Again, I can't say how good or bad they are or even if it is legal. I am not promoting this site; just suggesting that it might be what you are looking for. There is another site, but it has a cuss/swear word in it so I'm not going to post it here.
