If you feel a software is worth considering, please suggest its name... but leave it upon the editor of the category to decide what he thinks of the your suggestion. If its worthy enough, it will be included in the list.
Regarding the softwares, we have to be careful, of what we offer to our users. We have a reputation to keep up to. We would let go of an offer, which is dubious, rather than take it up and repent later. The links you pointed to in case of Ashampoo are not in English, and therefore we cannot confirm whats being offered. If the offer is genuine enough, please point us to an English page. We will try and get it confirmed by one who understands German, and if the offer is valid enough, we will consider it. But, we do not guarantee anything.
