Yes rambling but I still think knowing hardware and tools like P95 is necessary to know PCs. Im close to say also how to "operate" them but that would be stone age, building own computers etc.
Many more would love Vista, on a good day even Linux, if only they had been rigid when testing overclocking and tweaking of chipset. What comes after that is nothing to cry about
