I thank all the folks who responded, D4RK 4NG3L, I am trying "Stantup Delayer" and only two programs showed, Java and OpenDNS. Kendall I've defragged, emptied all temp etc, run my anti virus and a web based one and don't have any torrent software and have an Autorun file that doesn't show anything out of the ordinary and I still up to 25 green bars where I used to have 8, thanks all......
