its simple, you just add comodos DNS server address to windows built in TCPIP settings or on your Router DNS section. They have servers all over the world so the ping is very quick, plus their servers are very efficient, and secure as well, so that DNS information sent to Comodo, vs your ISP. Some people find it faster than their own ISP's DNS servers. For me its a little bid slower.
