Mamutu is designed to compliment your existing apps and any areas of conflict would be with programs like Threatfire and DSA which you don't have. If it was me, after what I've read elsewhere I would maybe dump SAS and run Mamutu instead. You could always try it (for free!)
and revert back if you're not happy with the results.
