I tried this (vista home premium 32 bit) and there seem to be some bugs: when i click the internet and network optimizer, windows comes out with an error message that says the program has stopped responding. Also, it keeps on getting blocked at startup by windows defender even if i'm using the administrator account and it winutilities is enabled to startup with windows. A consolation is that when i emailed support, it quickly responded and promised to look into it.
