I have simple html site so please tell me some hosting site for this.
Both awardspace and 50webs will be good for plain HTML. In fact, any web space is good for plain HTML pages. :-D
For my one website I created all my pages using Notepad (seriously!). It worked out quite well, and I learned a lot about coding in HTML in the process.
But I got lazy, so I switched to Kompozer (http://kompozer.net), creating the pages offline, and then upload the HTML files to the various sites via FTP. Many good FTP programs around (just search this website). Personally I use Total Commander (shareware from http://ghisler.com).
You may also be interested in checking out TiddlyWiki (http://www.tiddlywiki.com). Basically it is a single HTML file based on Java code. You can add hundreds of pages inside one HTML. The only requirement, I think, is that Java must be installed on the PC that is going to view it. Simple to update, simply to carry around, simple to customize.
What are your views about www.hostgator.com web hosting company.
Well ... just looking at the home page, it costs money, so I won't be able to test it for you, even if I can get my money back in 45 days.
It does seem to have a few bonuses, like unlimited disk space. This can be very useful if you are a mega company with a mega website.
The SiteBuilder will probably be handy for absolute beginners who don't want to learn new tricks just yet. You can even try out a demo.
They allow you to resell their space, so this is an opportunity to make money ... if you are a competent website designer and want to sell complete solutions to your customers.
In summary, since there are so many other websites out there that provide great services with huge amounts of disk space (more than what I will use in the next few decades), I'll pass hostgator by. If they had a free plan, I may have looked into it some more.
For $7.95 per month They are promising unlimited sites i think the price is not high , but i want to know there is any hidden charges or not.
I am not able to register on 50webs.com , i tried 4 mail id's but i am always getting this error: Check first! Is your email address still active?
Try a different browser.
Try searching for answers on their forum:

The technology you want behind your website is going to be your deciding factor. There are two main flavors: Windows based (using ASP as the programming language), and Linux based (using PHP as the programming language).
I made the mistake to teach myself ASP, and then discovered that I cannot find any place where I can put up my ASP website for free and without ads. I eventually found one, hosted by a private person, but he closed down his service a year or two later.
Free PHP-based websites, on the other hard is very easy to find. I can recommend http://awardspace.com. You get 200MB space for free. It is PHP based, and you get 1 MySql database for free. It does NOT include an email account. For simple and vanilla HTML websites, this is more than enough. No ads!
If you are willing to pay US$4/month, you can upgrade to 60GB (yes, sixty gigabyte!) of space. Not a bad deal. And you get an email account or two. My recommendation: start with the Free version, and if your site grows out of bounds (an unlikely event with 200MB of space), upgrade to the next level.
Another good free web space provider is http://50webs.com. Also no ads!
Hope that gets you started.
