vipre (sunbelt software) will not install in safe mode.

The admin has set policies to prevent the installation of this software.   I am trying to install VIPRE in safe mode but keep getting the message about policies.

Can anyone help?

Is VIPRE freeware?

Vipre is a really good antimalware program. It is not free. My computer is at home.
