User Nominations for Best Freeware Product of 2010
In mid December 2010 we asked our readers to put forward their nominations for the best freeware product of 2010.
The results were overwhelming. In the space of a week the names of 205 different freeware products were suggested!
To reduce this list to a manageable size we selected the 20 products that were nominated most often and published these as a poll which you can see here.

Where the hell was Launchy in the nominations and bidding. I can't live a single day without Launchy!
Where the heck were you when the nominations were taking place :D :D....
I think its so difficult.Best freeware product for me is Prevx safeonline.But MBAM is the best remedy when I clean a computer,and Google Chrome is the best browser security wise.Ccleaner would be difficult to miss,and finally Sandboxie(as I voted for) is the best free protection to your browser.:)
Secunia PSI was receiving huge number of votes. i guess the product should be removed from the list
You're right; votes obtained unethically. Shame, really. Should have let the work stand on its own.
