OK guys here's your chance to acquire those design skills you've always wished you had.

This is not a set of tutorials but an outline for a self study  course.  It consists of a description of a series of "lessons" with each lesson supplemented by links to relevant materials. 

I tried the first two lessons and found the approach suited me nicely but it's not suited for those who want their hand held every step of the way.
