Does anyone know where I can find these

 

1   I once found some sticky notes that did not need installing but cannot find them

2  Stcky notes  I can use on a web page

internote used to work for me, but it wont work in 3 - and version I have 2.1.4 doesn't work with compatibility checking switched off . If anyone has later and it does work with compat check off can they leave a message with instructs on where to get

Diigo calls home so it's not for me

My Stickies installs a tool bar and even though it claims to work as standalone, it doesn't. It claims to have an optional call home feature - but extensions that require a toolbar and call home are unlikely to spend more than 3 minutes on my system.

I have tried all these - Internote and Diigo are incompatible with Firefox 3 and My Stickies while full of promise just does not work

This is the FireFox Saga. Rerun regularly I'm afraid. You might want to give FLOCK (http://flock.com/) a chance. I have found many an extension that did work...
