Hi
I was wondering if this AV should be included. Has anyone had any experiences with it?
Thanks

I can say that I'm quite pleased with Rising A/V free edition so far ...actually very happy. The few times I have gone to download as some less reputable sites and across something with a virus it was detected before downloading started. I was surprised because I've never seen that happen before. Maybe user error in the past and the reason I never got a warning was my fault. But this was easy to install, not a system hog and it found viruses prior to prevent infection to my system. Happy customer and I recommend it personally.
Not yet James. I'm not convinced yet it is a solid safe choice among the top dogs. When it "rises" to the top (no pun intended) I'll be there the test drive it to determine if it belongs with the elite.
Hi
Well wouldn't testing it and then concluding it's not as good as the others a better solution?
Thanks
I like to have good comparative support before I even give it a go. Keep in mind that I do not report on what fails testing, I simply do not endorse it. My goal is to endorse rather than denounce. I have failed several products that will never make mention. Those products may be tested in the future but at present they do not meet my standards for best freewares. In other words, I may have already determined through testing or other means that Rising does not make the cut.
Thanks for your suggestion.
