If you develop software professionally, and you're after a program to help you develop prototypes and mockups, here's a great application. Serena Prototype Composer (http://www.serena.com/products/prototype-composer/index.html) is an industrial-strength tool which is completely free to download and use.
You do have to supply a valid email address and phone number before you get to see the download link, but that's a small price to pay for what is a very powerful product.
Be warned, though, that while Prototype Composer is definitely a bargain, it's also aimed fairly and squarely at those who develop serious business applications. If you simply want to mock up a few web page screens, you're probably better off with Balsamiq Mockups, which we wrote about at http://www.techsupportalert.com/content/easiest-way-prototype-web-page-or-user-interface.htm.

Prototype Composer runs on Windows XP and above, and is a 12 MB download.
