Printer Not Working

Hi

I am not able to Print out. I am having Windows Vista. I tried to take a print out. Some Error Occured.

I do not know what to do.

Pleas Help

Thanks for the information. It was a software error. I cleared the printer queue and now it seems to work fine. Thanks

If there is an error message what is the error message? It could be both hardware or software error.

try clearing the printer queue,printer will not print if you have something in queue and not printing.sounds silly but i get it all the time and clearing the queue allways works.davy
