Printer managment software

I'm looking for a Printer Management software bascially a freeware. I've tried my best, couldnt succeed. I come to your site anytime I need a specific software requirment. And Its always there.
Would appreciate if you guys can suggest me this software.

If you're using HP printers you can simply download from HP's site HP web jet admin. I have been using Jet admin since before it was a web app and it has served me faithfully. Until recently I worked in an environment that had in excess of 600 printers. Of 90% were HP. You can monitor printers for various metrics including low paper and toner and setup email alerting to notify you when these conditions occur. Along with any errors and paper jams. It will also manage (through SNMP) some non HP printers but error reporting is somewhat limited as can be expected.
Actually most printer companies offer some level of printer management software to support their products across a LAN.

I don't quite understand what you need the software to do. I use XP and can manage printers all I need without special software.
