This registry tweaker/optimizer generally has a good reputation. I've found it useful both on XP and Vista systems.

NOTE: As with any programme of this type, do make a system restore point and back up your registry before trying out any changes/repairs. Premium Booster does have its own registry backup/restore option, which can be activated on demand or as part of rapid "one click" optimization.
