Practice Your Logic With This Free, Fun Game

BonusBall is a free game that closely resembles a well-known game called Lines.  You can download BonusBall from http://www.games-kid.com/bonusball.html, and it runs on Windows XP and above.

The game is easy to learn, easy to play, but requires some thought in order to master it.

The object of the game is to create lines of 5 matching shapes.  To do so, click a shape, then click the position that you want to move it to.  Each time you create a line of 5, in any direction, those 5 shapes disappear in order to free up space on the board.

However, there are 2 events which conspire to make your life difficult.  Firstly, you can only move a piece from one location to the other if there's a clear path for it to take.  For example, look at the green shape in the first row of the screen shot below.  If you want to move it into any of the spare slots to the right, you can't.

Secondly, each time you move a piece, a few more pieces appear on the board, in random positions and colours.  And once the board is full, you lose.

BonusBall is a 2 MB download, and is free.  According to VirusTotal, it's free of all known viruses and malware.

Thanks Robert. This is a good game to go for exercising brains. Since invented by Oleg Demin in 1992, it now has many versions and some known as Match-5. One of the online versions I like is http://www.freegames.ws/games/free_online_games/lines_game/lines_game.htm, offering 3 modes and undo steps.
