Parental Control Application

Can anyone recommend a decent parental control application?
I am looking for more than just access controls [net nanny, cyberpatrol, etc], I am looking for something with remote access, setting time limits, & the ability control access. I am at wits end trying to locate something like this and was hoping that posting around a few forums, someone would be able to help.

children's educational network a.k.a. club tuki has a free version that works from a whitelist of preapproved sites. parent can add sites. time restraints only in paid version but paid = $5.00/mo.

Crawler makes a feature rich parental control software. The reviews are puzzling though. Some extol its incredible value, while other claim it crashes their PC. Not sure who to believe, but if it is stable, it has everything you are asking for (I think).

I do not know much about parental controls, but I think if you want "remote access, setting time limits, & the ability control access" you should probably get a commerical one.
