Outlook 2007 Print Addon

Anyone know of a freeware Outlook addon, that puts "atandard" windows print dialogues with page range and number of copies options into OL2007, either as replacement of OL2007's "proprietary" dialogue or as an additional print option.

It may have well been one William Henry Gates III who first applied the acronym WSIWYG to computer user interfaces - that was more than 20 years ago, Can someone let Bill know that we're still waiting.

There are payware products that do it, but AU$30 for something that should be in the standard product is a bit steep - AU$5 maybe,
