Ever had a problem with a strange attachment encoding?
Your email / Usenet client has problems with decoding a file?
www.webutils.pl has free on-line tools for handling (both encoding and decoding) the most popular attachment encoding formats (Base64, Quoted-Printable) as well as less common ones (UUencode, XXencode, yEnc, BinHex, Base85, etc.). The filesize limit is 10MB, but that should be enough in most cases.
Additionally there are some other useful tools like ROT encoders, Hash calculator and more.
