Microsoft has a page of various selected sites around the web that (more or less) relate to Vista.
Each site has a description of what the site is about - news, blogs, forums related to various Vista components, as well as wallpapers, help and advice, user groups and pretty much technology in general.

There are bunches of computer help resources listed that are not focused on Vista and look like great places for some help or information. I like and have visited several of the sites listed over time. This a good place to have bookmarked for help, tips, wallpapers, and other interesting stuff.
