Microsoft MVB files in Vista

Greetings...

I seem to be having problems trying to open Microsoft Multimedia Viewer files in Vista 32-bit Home Premium. Everytime I click on mviewer2.exe, I get the following error:

Does anyone know whether there is an alternative program which could open this sort of file?

Multimedia Viewer ? You're trying to run a 16-bit DOS application ? I don't think that will work. What file are you trying to open, have you tried VLC Media Player ?
