Looking for contract authoring tool

 Hi,

 

I am looking for a desktop software dedicated to the writing of contracts. The closest I have found is a server based commercial application described in this pdf (http://www.automatedhorizons.net/files/Genesis%20Datasheet.pdf).

Some of the key features I am looking for:

- version control

- visual cross-referencing of the paragraphs

-library of standard articles

Any suggestion?
