iPod

I am looking for a freeware that will copy all types of data (music, video, etc) from the iPod to my hard drive (Windows 2000 Pro PC).  I can't see the "hidden" files on the iPod using iTunes

Most of the free applications limit you to one file transfer at a time. Are there any that will allow multiple files to be transferred together? This is usually reserved for the "buy me" version or upgrade.
