Does anybody know of a freeware programme that wil let me transfer music files from my ipod touch to my PC or external drive.

can you tell me if there is a way yet to convert wma to mp3 for the ipod touth 4th gen? I have windows 7 and everyone say's it is impossible to do and i have tried different converters to no avail.
