Does this reactivation mean that if we wipe a system and reinstall in future, that it potentially won't work anymore? For whatever reason. Basically, does the function of the software hinge on activation? (God I hate activation crap in general, especially for software purporting to be "free"...)

Keep the serial number handy and you should have no trouble with reactivation as I understand it.

It works great BUT to save any files you find you have to get a key and register the software!Pretty much just free to try stuff again.Still may be worth the money I love the way it works.

The key is given on the page, the link of which is given in the article. You can use that key to activate the software.

I see no reference to Windows 7 on the website. Is this an old version?

by Ritho on 19. March 2010 - 4:59  (45785)

It appears to be their latest version 3.6.2. So while technically it is not an old version, it is not an up-to-date version either. If you go to the front page of the site, they are still trying to sell it there for $69. It should still work fine with 7 from what I have read though.

Thanks Ritho,

Have downloaded, installed and registered the software. Have yet to try it out but I like the minimalistic GUI and hopefully it will become a welcome addition to my ever increasing array of top class freeware! ;-)
