How To Use the Snipping Tool in Vista

This short tutorial will have you Snipping in no time.

The Snipping Tool is one of the lesser known features in Vista. Its one of my favorite tools. I use it when I don't need a whole screen shot.

XP users can try the two programs, Snippy and Cropper, that can bring most of the functionality of the Snipping Tool to XP.
