Hotmail account

cant access hotmail account,yet other accounts ok,uninstalled norton,and all diagnostics telling me no problem? this is my main inbox, email etc,any suggestions/help gratefully received.

That doesn't really tell us much. Can you reach your hotmail account on other computers? Hotmail has been updating a lot of it's servers lately due to the new interface change and general clean up so could just be down for a little bit. I couldnt log into my hotmail account a few weeks back but a different hotmail account worked fine. It came back after a day or two.

Thanks for reply,would take to long elaborating on problems have had recently with comp,thought had resolved everything ,now no access to any email account,get to the sign in stage and page (on all 3 accounts) just doesnt go any further? have reinstalled yet no joy,tried new account,the same,just tried reimage.com know price is steep but have heard good reps about it,yet couldnt access even the free scan stage. again thanks didnt know hotmail updating,maybe something in that,when prob resolved will let u know.
