help with torrents

Can anyone help. I have downloaded bittorent onto a usb stick. However when i transfer a torrent file with many seeds all the seeds disapear to zero.Iam using a cybercafe computer so i can not change any settings.Has anyone got any ideas? Thanks

It is most likely that the cybercafe is blocking bittorrent transfers.
