this looks good but it don't do recursive checking/validation.

been using fileverifier++ (http://www.programmingunlimited.net/siteexec/content.cgi?page=fv) but seems a little slow and don't seem to work with vista particularly well. can anyone suggest a better alternative? (also tried FSUM frontend but that's abou the same as fileverifier++.

I went for Febooti fileTweak Hash. Right click on a file, and the Properties Menu will have a Hash tab, which will list the various hash values.
