If you have a Kindle eReader (not the Fire) and would rather not mess with copying things over via USB to the Kindle then its worth getting it from the Kindle Store.

Perhaps the article should have stated that the MS site has this download available in 'PDF', 'MOBI'. and "EPUB' formats.
