easy email encryption (including attachments) to any recipient

I'm looking for software that does easy encryption so all my emails can be encrypted,

  • easy to use
  • automation to make the process of encrypting built-in to my normal email
  • ability to send to users who aren't using the program

and that is easy for the recipient as well.  So far Kryptiva.com seems the best option but the process for users without their software is very cumbersome.
