Free Photo Editor is fun and easy to use

PhotoScape is a feature rich photo editing program that is easy and fun to use with a unique interface.

Photoscape includes just about everything you could want in a photo editor with extra features thrown in.
It comes with the usual set of features found in a photo suite including automatic and custom adjustment options for brightness, contrast, exposure, back light corrections, and a slide show creator.

There are several image filters and masks to create different effects that can be applied to your photos.
Included in the crop of additional features are a batch editor, a screen capture program, image collage creation, .gif animations, a slideshow tool, and printing options that allow you to create and print layouts that combine several photos on one page.

You can create image collages from templates that can be saved as JPG files, and, the program also accepts photos in the RAW format.

All of this comes wrapped in a very easy to use interface divided into sections according to function. Icons for each area are displayed on the main program page in a circle format, making it easy to find the options you want to use.
