Free Online App for Attractive Color Schemes

ColorSchemeDesigner-screenshotColor Scheme Designer is a charming tool to design color layouts for web sites. A clever color wheel displays colors and lets you combine them in various harmonic ways. You can see the appearance in a preview window that shows a virtual web page with lorem ipsum-type text, change the color layout to your liking in several different manners (hue, saturation, lightness, etc.), save your scheme and export it to HTML.

But you better try it. Even if you aren't interested in the topic, make sure you visit the page and tweak around for a while. It's instant fun for free!

Nice Site, but don't most of us use Kuler from Adobe which does the same thing and integrates with CS3 & CS4?

Sure Kuler is "more professional", but I find Color SchDes more straightforward and intuitive. And I thought it's good to know there's an alternative.

In case anyone wants to try Kuler, check out its site:

Just a glance is enough to see the differences between both apps.
