Free MPP reader and/or editor

Hi all,

I've been looking very hard for a free MPP reader and/or editor but have not found a decent one. MPP is a Microsoft Project file format so I am not sure if it's closed or what not.

It seems http://ganttproject.biz/ is not compatible with MPP files.
