Free MPP reader and/or editor

Hi all,

I've been looking very hard for a free MPP reader and/or editor but have not found a decent one. MPP is a Microsoft Project file format so I am not sure if it's closed or what not.

For future reference, a good place to check for such things is FileInfo:
