Error on exit from MS Word 2007

Every time I close a Word document I get this message:

 

I have it set to save by default as 97-2003 version as I need that version for college and work.  When      i send the report & let it reopen word, it opens to a new blank document.  Has anyone else seen this?  Any hints what to do to get rid of it?  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks all dudes, www.unlocklertool.com found the process that was locking the file and deleted it.

This error is known to be caused by HP printer drivers.

Try changing your default printer to something like Microsoft XPS.

Have you considered using the Open Office suite instead?

I found this to be better than the Microsoft equivalent although for simple documents I always use Jarte
