Emailer

Hey Guys;

Here's the deal as no doubt many of you are as your no doubt your tech people for friends and family well my girlfriends parents are switching ISP's and the big deal for my girlfriends Mom is letting everyone know about there new email address and all, so I was wondering if there was a site or program (aside from a generic email prog) that would allow them to send out a mass email to everyone updating there friends and family of there new email addys
