Easily Type Any Text with Foreign Characters
Type any foreign text, symbol or currency with ease at this web site.
Have you ever tried to type characters in a foreign language? How about symbols? At TypeIt, you type whatever you need to type into a text box, and then copy and paste it wherever you need it — into your word processor, e-mail message, etc. You can type foreign characters by clicking the on-screen buttons or by using keyboard shortcuts without blocking normal letters.
Other handy features include hovering over any button on the page to pop up a small window that displays the keyboard shortcut; shift+click displays upper case on the language keyboards, and a text editor allows use of boldface, italics and underlines. Changing the font face and size is easy and there are 12 browser and system friendly fonts to choose from. Another useful feature asks if you want to navigate away from the current page, letting you know if you leave the current page any typed text will be lost.
Each page has a description of what it does as well as a Help box, and there are sections on Currencies and Symbols as well as languages.
TypeIt uses Java and supports keyboard shortcuts in these systems and browsers in full:
Windows: Mozilla Firefox 3, Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer 6/7/8
MacOS: Mozilla Firefox 3, Safari 3/4
Linux: Mozilla Firefox 3
In other browsers, there will likely be problems with keyboard shortcuts and other glitches.

Glad you like it. We have so many people here, both volunteers and readers from all over the world that it's nice to find something that makes things a little easier.
Is this suitable for the new icann multi language non latin web addresses?
I don't know, I'm not familiar with the new icann addresses.
