I am a bit confused. Downloaded and installed this software today. Put it through the acid test by converting A ITunes M4P file to a MP3 File. Worked like a charm :-)

I checked it out and must say that I am disappointed. They call the software Media Converter but the only video formats it can read is WMV and ASF. So its useless to me, but others might still find it useful. The readme says you need to install and activate it today (24.Dec.).

Sorry about that. Although I normally try out (or already know) the software offered on GAOTD before posting here, I haven't honestly felt a need for this one yet. However, I thought I'd post -- quoting the manufacturer's blurb -- because this programme was well received in many comments on GAOTD, and others seem to have found it works for them.

I apologize, I did not want to imply that this hot find shouldn't be listed here. The opposite is the case. Thanks for the info and I am sure that it is of great use for many. I just wanted to drop a few lines after I tried to convert AVI and MPG files and it didn't work.
